RETOUREN
Ihr könnt eure Bestellung bis zu maximal 14 Tage nach dem Erhalt des Paketes zurückschicken.
- Die Rücksendekosten sind vom Käufer selbst zu tragen
- Für Sale Artikel bekommt ihr von uns einen Gutschein und keine Erstattung
- Retouren oder Umtäusche aus Ländern außerhalb der EU können wir leider nicht annehmen
- Das Paket muss versichert mit Trackingnummer an uns zurückgeschickt werden, nicht als Einschreiben oder Briefsendung
- Artikel die mit “non-returnable” gekennzeichnet sind, können nicht zurückgeschickt werden
- Bei Rücksendung werden die ursprünglichen Versandkosten einbehalten
- Bei Paketen die nicht abgeholt werden (z.B. in einer DHL Filiale), behalten wir uns die Rücksendekosten ein.

RÜCKGABE VORAUSSETZUNGEN
Rückgabeartikel müssen ungetragen, ungewaschen und einwandfrei sein und Etiketten dürfen nicht entfernt sein. Personalisierte Artikel sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.
UMTAUSCH
Ihr könnt euren Artikel gerne in eine andere Größe oder Farbe umtauschen, wenn dieser noch vorrätig ist. Kontaktiert uns hierzu gerne über order@lemoni-shop.com
Bei einem Umtausch sind die Rücksendekosten vom Käufer zu tragen. Die Versandkosten für den umgetauschten Artikel übernehmen wir von Lemoni.
RÜCKERSTATTUNG
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt in Form derselben Zahlungsmethode wie der Kauf. Wurde der retournierte Artikel mit einem Gutschein gekauft, wird ein neuer Gutschein ausgestellt.
Die Zeit der Zahlungserstattungs hängt von der jewiligen Zahlungsmethode bzw. Kreditkarte ab.
RÜCKGABEN IM LADENGESCHÄFTBei Käufen im Ladengeschäft gilt, ungetragene Ware mit Etikett und Kassenbeleg kann innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 7 Tagen gegen Ware oder gegen einen Gutschein zurückgegeben werden.

Ihr könnt eure Bestellungen auch gerne bei uns im Laden in der Hohenzollernstr. abholen. Hier gilt eine Abholfrist von 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem ihr eure Abholbenachrichtigung bekommt. Solltet ihr diese nicht einhalten können, meldet euch bitte bei uns.

RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 days after you received the package.
- Shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer
- For sale items you will get a store credit and not a refund
- Returns or exchanges from outside of the EU (European Union) can not be accepted and will not be refunded
- The package must be shipped as an insured package with tracking number and not as registered mail
- Articles that are labeled as “non-returnable” can not be returned or exchanged
- In the event of a refund all shipping charges are charged (including the initial shipping charge)
- If a package is unclaimed you will have to pay a handling fee.

REPLACEMENTS
You can exchange the ordered article with the same article in a different size or color. Please contact us, to arrange an exchange order@lemoni-shop.com In case of an exchange the buyer has to pay the shipping costs for the return. Lemoni Shop will pay for the shipping costs for the new and exchanged article.

REFUNDS
The refund will be made in the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. If the order was paid with a voucher or gift card, you will get a new voucher/gift card. The refund time depends on the payment method and the credit card company.
STORE RETURNS
Store purchases can be given back within 7 days after the purchase with the receipt. The articles have to be unworn, unwashed and in perfect and resellable condition. Tags and labels can not be removed. Personalized articles can not be returned and will not be refunded. You will get either another article or store credit for the returned article.

PICK-UPS
You can also pick up your order at our store on Hohenzollernstr. There is a collection period of 14 days from the day on which you receive your pick-up notification. Please contact us, if you are not able to pick up your order in those 14 days.

Lieferzeiten: Soweit nicht anders im Produkt angegeben, erfolgt der Versand der Ware im Standard-Versand innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Werktagen nach Eingang der Bestellung. Sofern bei DHL alles glatt geht, wird die Ware dann weitere 2 bis 3 Tage später zugestellt. Express-Bestellungen gehen spätestens am Werktag nach der Bestellung in den Versand. Und werden üblicherweise einen weiteren Werktag später zugestellt. Lieferungen nach Österreich und in die Schweiz brauchen jeweils 1 bis 2 Tage länger. Auf verzögerte Lieferzeiten, die durch den Versanddienstleister verursacht werden, haben wir leider keinen Einfluss!
